Wonderful and lovely staff and management. Phenomenal location, right by Naval Museum of the Caribbean. Appetising and perfect food, exceptional service.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of things to do and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. The rooftop pool had amazing views. There was great hot water pressure in the showers. The breakfast room service was tasty. The hotel also offered Spanish and Salsa lessons, which were within walking distance. We felt like home during our solo trip.

I was amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the Charleston Santa Teresa. The building is stunning and the location couldn't be better. The amenities in the room exceeded my expectations, especially the surprise of having an iPad for my use. The air conditioning was powerful and kept me comfortable in every area of the hotel, which was crucial in the hot climate of Cartagena. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic facilities and prime location.
